Ice Water Bank
The efficiency of the BAG series Water Banks ensure the adequate temperature drop for ice cream syrup pasteurization processes and can also be used to keep products refrigerated in the maturation tubs, as they have two 1 hp pumps, which can do fluid circulation in 2 independent circuits.
They can also be used as a thermal load reserve in other plant processes. The fluid used is an ethylene glycol solution, with an internal circulation, forced by a 1.5 hp circulation pump.
Hermetic or semi-hermetic compressor, depending on the model of the BAG series, for models with greater capacity, HP-81 softy drink gas, water condensation.
With the experience of over 30 years in the construction of ice cream machines, Bertollo uses in the manufacture of its equipment a water condenser, Shell, and Tube type, designed, and manufactured by Bertollo.
